8. Student Services Academics

The Results Overview screen provides a centralised summary of student academic progress, allowing you to view, filter, and manage subject or unit outcomes for each enrolment. It helps trainers, academic staff, and administrators quickly assess student performance and update results efficiently.

The Training Plan and Results screen provides a complete overview of all subjects linked to an enrolment, allowing you to edit subject dates, update results, link trainers, manage assessments, and update qualification information. It includes academic details, timetable information, progress summaries, and subject-level actions, all accessible from the Enrolment Dashboard.

The Add / Edit Training Plans and Results screen allows you to manage all subjects linked to an enrolment by updating dates, entering results, correcting errors, adding new subjects, assigning trainers, and performing essential academic actions to maintain accurate student progress records.

This process allows you to add or update the Group Training Plan for an enrolment. Once applied, the selected plan automatically updates the subject start and end dates based on the Group Training Plan setup.

The Assessment Result screen allows you to view, edit, and manage all assessments linked to a subject. You can update assessment statuses, record outcomes, attach evidence, and enter notes. Once all assessments are marked, TEAMS automatically updates the subject result based on the outcomes recorded.

The Test Results screen allows you to record and manage a student’s English proficiency test scores, including IELTS, PTE, TOEFL and other assessments. You can add new results, update existing ones, and store all relevant test information directly within the enrolment record.
