Student Dashboard

In this lesson, you’ll learn how to effectively use the Student Dashboard to view, manage, and update student-related information in TEAMS.

By the end of this lesson, you will be able to:

  • Understand what dashboards are in TEAMS and how they provide a summary view of key information
  • Navigate the Student Dashboard and understand how the different tiles organise student information.
  • View and update student profile details, including contact information, nationality, and date of birth.
  • Update English proficiency information and review additional data submitted through the online web form.
  • Check chat mentions to see if the student has been referenced in internal TEAMS conversations.
  • Use the Details tab to review and manage important information such as addresses, next-of-kin details, visa information, holidays, notes, and student conditions.
  • Access the Compliance tab to review required compliance data including AVETMISS information, AVETMISS address, and USI records.
  • Review student enrolments, including current, upcoming, historical, and cancelled enrolments.
  • Understand key enrolment details such as start and end dates, subjects, agents, timetables, attendance, and financial information.
  • Use the action menu to perform common tasks such as sending emails or SMS, creating contact logs, printing offer letters, updating enrolment dates, and generating certificates or statements of account.
  • Manage student applications, including creating new applications, approving or declining applications, and editing existing records.
  • Upload and manage student files using the Document Log, including passports, certificates, visas, and generated letters.
  • Track all student communication through the Communication Log, including emails, SMS, and conversation notes.
  • Monitor system activity and changes using the Audit Log.
