Reminders Tile

In this lesson, you will gain an understanding of how the Reminder Tile works in TEAMS and how it supports users in managing important tasks, follow-ups, and deadlines more effectively.

By the end of this lesson, you will understand:

  • what the Reminder Tile is and how it helps users stay organised in TEAMS
  • how reminders can be created from both the Contact Log and Intervention screens
  • how a Contact Log can be created from areas such as the Communication Tile in the Student Dashboard
  • how reminder functionality depends on enabling the Can be sent as an alert checkbox in the User Code screen
  • how the Event Time and Prior Time fields are used to schedule reminder alerts
  • how the Prior Time determines when the notification is received before the scheduled event
  • how reminders can also be created through the Intervention Screen by completing the required fields
  • how intervention reminders may include additional fields such as Last Appeal Date and User Name
  • how Note Templates can be used to automatically populate the Notes Box during the contact log or intervention process
  • how users can also manually enter notes where required
  • how saved interventions can display an error icon on the Compliance Tile and appear in the Reminder Tile for easy visibility and follow-up
  • how the Reminder Tile supports stronger task management, better follow-up control, and improved day-to-day workflow efficiency

IMPORTANT: At the end of this lesson, you will need to complete the quiz before moving on to the next lesson.
