Active Interventions

In this lesson, you will gain an understanding of how the Active Interventions alert works in TEAMS and how it helps users monitor students who have an active intervention linked to their enrolment.

By the end of this lesson, you will understand:

  • what the Active Interventions alert is used for in TEAMS
  • how an intervention is considered active until an outcome is recorded
  • how the intervention start date does not affect active status unless an outcome has been applied
  • how users can filter the alert screen using Intervention Start and End Dates
  • how an intervention may still appear if an outcome exists outside the selected date range
  • what information is shown in the listing grid, including student details, enrolment details, intervention dates, intervention status, next appointment date, last appeal date, and outcome fields
  • how the student number and enrolment number act as hyperlinks to open the relevant Student Dashboard and Enrolment Dashboard
  • how users can export the listing using the CSV option
  • how the Actions column allows users to create contact logs, send emails, and send SMS messages
  • how the burger menu supports bulk actions for selected students
  • how bulk actions can include sending emails, sending SMS, creating contact logs, printing letters, and generating bulk invoices
  • how the Last Appeal Date affects the display of the Outcome field
  • how the Outcome field remains blank when a Last Appeal Date is present because the next appointment is still pending
  • how the Next Appointment Date and Last Appeal Date are cleared once an outcome is added
  • how intervention alerts are generated from data entered in the Compliance section of the Enrolment Dashboard
  • how saving or updating intervention details automatically updates the record shown under the CRICOS tile

IMPORTANT: At the end of this lesson, you will need to complete the quiz before moving on to the next lesson.
