Learn how to create, manage, and track Contact Logs in TEAMS to ensure accurate communication records with agents, employers, and students.

  • Contact Logs record communication with students, agents, and employers.
  • Used for tracking, transparency, and audit purposes.
  • Filter logs by date, type, or keywords in the listing screen.
  • View all records in the listing grid with key details.
  • Create logs via Enrolment Dashboard → Communication Log menu.
  • Enter required details in the pop-up form and save.
  • Logs can be edited or created in bulk for multiple records.
