COE Expired

In this lesson, you will gain an understanding of how the CoE Expired screen works in TEAMS and how it helps users monitor enrolments where the Confirmation of Enrolment (CoE) end date has already passed.

By the end of this lesson, you will understand:

  • what the CoE Expired screen is used for in TEAMS
  • how TEAMS identifies enrolments with an expired CoE end date by comparing the date with today’s date
  • how the screen is divided into the Filters or Parameters section and the CoE Expired Listing Grid
  • how users can adjust the start and end dates to define the reporting range
  • how the screen displays CoE Expired and Overall CoE Expired counts for quick reference
  • what information is shown in the listing grid, including student details, enrolment details, CoE dates, visa dates, student progress, attendance, outcomes, and previous or future program information
  • how the student number and enrolment number act as hyperlinks to the relevant Student Dashboard and Enrolment Dashboard
  • how users can export the data using the CSV download option
  • how users can perform individual actions such as creating a contact log, sending an email, or sending an SMS from the Actions column
  • how the Burger Menu supports bulk actions for selected records
  • how bulk actions can include sending emails, sending SMS messages, creating contact logs, printing letters, and generating bulk invoices
  • how emails, SMS messages, and contact logs created from this screen are recorded in the Communication Log tile on the student dashboard
  • how the Print Letter option allows users to select a custom template and process letters in bulk
  • how the Generate Bulk Invoice option allows the same invoice to be created for multiple students in one step
  • how these alerts are generated from the student’s Visa or CoE records
  • how users can update CoE dates and related visa information from the Visa Details screen under the Student Dashboard

IMPORTANT: At the end of this lesson, you will need to complete the quiz before moving on to the next lesson.
