In this lesson, you will learn:
- How the Email / SMS Sent Tile summarises all emails and SMS sent from TEAMS within the selected date range.
- How to use the calendar icon on the tile to choose the date range and refresh the communication counts.
- How each count on the tile acts as a hyperlink, taking you directly to the Email Sent Listing Screen or SMS Sent Listing Screen for detailed review.
