COE Expiring (Next 30 days)

In this lesson, you will gain an understanding of how the CoE Expiring (Next 30 Days) Alerts screen works in TEAMS and how it helps users monitor enrolments linked to a Confirmation of Enrolment (CoE) that is due to expire within the next 30 days.

By the end of this lesson, you will understand:

  • what the CoE Expiring (Next 30 Days) Alerts screen is used for in TEAMS
  • how the screen identifies enrolments with a CoE end date falling within the next 30 days from today’s date
  • how the screen is divided into the Filters or Parameters section and the CoE Expiring Listing Grid
  • how users can adjust the start and end dates in the filter section to define the reporting range
  • how the screen also displays CoE Expired and Overall CoE Expired counts for quick reference
  • what enrolment details are shown in the listing grid, including student details, enrolment details, CoE dates, visa dates, student progress, attendance, and outcome information
  • how the student number and enrolment number can be selected to open the relevant dashboards
  • how users can perform actions such as creating contact logs, sending emails, or sending SMS messages from the action column
  • how the listing data can be exported using the CSV download option
  • how multiple records can be selected for bulk actions using the burger menu
  • how bulk actions may include tasks such as printing letters for selected students
  • how these alerts are generated from the data entered in the student’s Visa or CoE records
  • how users can update CoE dates and related visa information from the Visa Details screen in the Student Dashboard
