New Enquiry – Student

You’ll learn how to:

    • The New Enquiry screen is used to capture student, agent, or employer enquiries before creating an application.

    • Users can enter mandatory student details such as personal information, contact details, and account manager under the Details tab.

    • Address information can be added, with options to copy AVETMISS details to local and mailing addresses for efficiency.

    • Selecting Overseas or AVETMISS options unlocks additional tabs to capture required compliance and reporting information.

    • The Fee Help tab allows entry of financial and government-related details such as TFN and citizenship information.

    • After saving, users can add preferences like campus and programs, which are displayed in a list.

    • Additional actions such as creating applications, communication logs, and uploading documents can be performed from the Burger Menu.
