- Create a new Agent enquiry to record potential agents before approving them in the system
- Enter the required agent details, including the mandatory fields such as Agent Name and Primary Email Address
- Save the enquiry record to store the agent lead within the system
- Create communication logs to record interactions and discussions with the agent
- Approve the agent directly from the enquiry record once the organisation decides to proceed with the partnership
- Track and manage agent leads before they are converted into approved agents in TEAMS
