New Enquiry – Agent

You’ll learn how to:

  • Access and navigate the New Enquiry screen from the Marketing menu
  • Create a new Agent enquiry to record potential agents before approving them in the system
  • Enter the required agent details, including the mandatory fields such as Agent Name and Primary Email Address
  • Save the enquiry record to store the agent lead within the system
  • Create communication logs to record interactions and discussions with the agent
  • Approve the agent directly from the enquiry record once the organisation decides to proceed with the partnership
  • Track and manage agent leads before they are converted into approved agents in TEAMS
