Convert and Decline Applications

In this lesson, you will learn:

• Explains how the Applications tab in the Applicant Dashboard displays all applications linked to the selected applicant.
• Describes the key details shown for each application, including application number, campus, program, intake, dates, status, agent, and financial information.
• Shows how pending applications can be converted into current enrolments using the smiley face icon in the Actions column.
• Explains how applications can be declined using the sad face icon when they are not progressing further.
• Demonstrates the second method of managing applications by clicking the Application Number to open the Application Dashboard.
• Highlights that applications can be managed from either the Applicant Dashboard list view or the individual Application Dashboard for greater flexibility.
