Application Dashboard – Visa Information
Visa Information
The Visa Information option in the Details tab of the Application Dashboard allows users to view the visa details linked to the application.
To access this screen, navigate to the Application Dashboard, go to the Details tab, and click on the edit icon next to Visa Information.
Although an edit icon is available, this screen is view-only, meaning you can review the information but cannot make any changes.
Once clicked, the Application Visa Details screen will open, where you can view all visa records associated with the applicant.
The screen displays visa details in a structured grid format, including:
- Visa Type (e.g. Student Visa – Subclass 500)
- Visa Number
- Issued Date
- Expiry Date
- Place of Issue
Multiple visa records can be listed if applicable, and the data is presented in a clear, tabular format for easy review.
Important: This screen is strictly for viewing purposes only. To update or modify visa information, you must use the appropriate Edit Applicant or Edit Student screen.
