Add/Edit Account Managers

You’ll learn how to:

  • Understand the purpose of assigning an Account Manager to an application and how it helps manage responsibilities within the organisation
  • Access the Account Manager option from the Applicant Dashboard, Student Dashboard, or Application Dashboard
  • Identify the Account Manager icon in the Details section used to add or update the assigned account manager
  • Understand the system limitation that Account Managers cannot be deleted directly from the application record
