You’ll learn how to:
- Locate an applicant in the system using the global search function
- Open the Applicant Dashboard to view and manage applicant information
- Identify applicant records using the dashboard icons, which indicate whether a record is still at the applicant stage or has been converted to a student
- Access the Edit Applicant screen from the Applicant Dashboard
- Update basic applicant information such as personal and contact details when corrections are required
- Understand the limitations of editing data at the applicant level, including fields that cannot be updated in this screen
- Understand that additional information such as address details, overseas information, and AVETMISS data are managed in other sections of the system
- Save updates to ensure changes to applicant information are recorded correctly
