Edit Application

This lesson explains how to edit an existing pending application in TEAMS when changes are required, such as a course deferment, intake update, date change, or course change. It walks through the different ways an application can be opened for editing and shows how each step of the edit process affects program details, subject dates, fees, invoices, and the final application outcome.

  • Explains the two main ways to edit a pending application: from the Applicant Dashboard or from the Application Dashboard.
  • Describes how to access the edit option from the Applicant Dashboard using the checkbox and burger menu, and notes that only pending applications can be edited.
  • Covers the changes that can be made to application dates and study structure, including intake, start and end dates, study weeks, holiday weeks, subject date population options, and academic template selection.
  • Shows how course changes can be made either through the edit icon in the Action column or from the Application Dashboard by opening the application and editing it from the Application Profile Tile.
