- Understand how applications can be converted into enrolments and how this conversion changes the management of applicant records
- Upload and manage applicant documents, including academic certificates, identification documents, and system-generated offer letters
- Record communication activities, such as phone calls, meetings, or follow-up notes, to maintain a complete interaction history
