PRISMS Information

The PRISMS Information screen in TEAMS is a view-only reference screen designed to help staff quickly access key overseas student information in one place.

This screen is available through the PRISM icon on the Applicant Profile tile for overseas students. When you click this icon, TEAMS opens a pop-up window that consolidates the student’s related information into a single screen.

The main purpose of this screen is to make it easier for staff to review and copy the student details needed when working in PRISMS, especially when creating a CoE. Instead of opening multiple icons or checking different sections of the profile one by one, the PRISMS Information pop-up brings the relevant information together in a more convenient format.
